Friends and Entertainments

Everything has changed today - mode, style, and entertainments. Not long ago people were engaged in shooting, hunting or fishing. Americans were fond of arranging parties where they play music, sing common songs and listen to good classic or country music. Story tellers were highly appreciated. In other words people were doers and participants of events and competitions. All were busy with games and entertained each other in their own way. It was amazing to see how your brother or friend was dribbling the ball on the field or singing a song on the stage or speaking about fishing and hunting. Walking was everyone's hobby.

Today many things have been forgotten - men turned into coach-potatoes - they got used to sleeping after work on the sofa and no thoughts about outside activities. Sometimes people stick in sweepstakes but understand that it is a very false deal.

Our neighbor Hugh David Theodor Vincent tried sweepstakes and failed. He had lost lots of money and since he never played such games again. He is taking care of his son - he wants him to be a good cook. HDTV is planning to open a small family restaurant to provide people with healthy food. His grandfather was a chef in New York in the beginning of twentieth century - so he wants his son to follow old traditions and cook tasty food. Today he is still a manager in a confectionary factory. He leaves home at six sharp and comes back at eight, tired and hungry. Aaron, his son, misses him and sometimes makes dinner and bakes cookies for his father. On Sundays they went fishing, catch fish and give me sometimes for frying it. They are close - father and son - and I'd like them to be happy and wealthy.
